Personal data is intended for the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN). They are collected and used to manage your venue hire request and to carry out statistical studies. The MNHN as well as possible external service providers collect and store your data. No data transfers outside the European Union are carried out. The MNHN stores your data for a period of 5 years after the end of the venue hire contract. If your request for a quotation is not accepted, your data will be deleted.
In accordance with EU laws on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, limit data processing and portability, where possible. You can give instructions on the use of your data after your death. These rights can be exercised by sending an e-mail to location [@] mnhn.fr or a letter to the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle - Direction du développement, 57, rue Cuvier – CP 24 - 75005 Paris - France. Please provide us with your full name, mail address and attach a copy of both sides of your identity document to your application. If you have a concern about the way the MNHN is handling your personal information, you can make a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL).
