Delightful architecture from the last century
Listed as a Historic Monument and renovated at the end of 2003, this unique building is able to host all kinds of institutional and private events, such as conferences, symposiums, seminars and lectures.

The last example of an amphitheatre from the revolutionary era, it is of architectural, historical and scientific interest. This great amphitheatre has witnessed a century of prestigious teaching and hugely important discoveries, as well as the golden age of chemistry.

Situated in the heart of the Jardin des Plantes, the prestigious character of its hemicycle and magnificent architecture is utterly captivating. Included in its renovation was state-of-the-art equipment - a 6 m x 3 m screen, a video projector, DVD and video players, interpretation booths, etc. It can seat up to 315 people for any kind of institutional or private event (seminars, conferences, etc.).
