RÉSUMÉ
Schendylops virgingordae (Crabill, 1960), qui n'était connu que de l'île Virgin Gorda (îles Vierges britanniques) et du littoral vénézuelien, et seulement par des femelles, est trouvé pour la première fois en Martinique (Antilles françaises), et représenté par le sexe mâle. Les caractères de ce dernier sont décrits, révélant un remarquable dimorphisme sexuel qui se manifeste par la morphologie des antennes. Un rappel des types de dimorphisme observés chez d'autres Schendylidae néotropicaux (Schendylops pampeanus, S. perditus et Pectiniunguis argentinensis) est donné, ainsi que des commentaires sur les géophilomorphes halophiles et leur distribution géographique.

ABSTRACT
A new case of sexual dimorphism in Schendylidae: first record of the halophilous species Schendylops virgingordae (Crabill, 1960) from Martinique (Myriapoda, Chilopoda, Geophilomorpha).
Schendylops virgingordae (Crabill, 1960), previously known from Virgin Gorda Island (British Virgin Islands) and Venezuelian coast is now reported from Martinique (French West Indies). The male (up to now unknown) and the remarkable sexual dimorphism observed on the antennae are here described and illustrated. A recapitulation of the other cases of this kind of sexual dimorphism in the Neotropical Schendylidae (Schendylops pampeanus, S. perditus and Pertiniunguis argentinensis) and comments on halophilous centipedes and their geographical distribution are given.
