Ulrich HAACKER (1939-1972)

It is our painful duty to inform our colleagues of the death of our friend Dr. Ulrich Haacker, aged 33, as the result of a relentless illness. All those who took part in former congresses will remember this young biologist, who not only commanded respect for the validity and originality of his work, but also gained universal friendship because of his human qualities.
